Stripping Application which utilizes a Formic Acid based chemical to safely remove paints & powders from a variety of surfaces including aluminum extensions, wheels, and other various metal parts that don’t necessarily allow for media blasting due to potential damage from the media blasting process.
Sand Blasting
Our sand blasting process uses Silica sand in a controlled environment to cover a wide variety of coating removal needs. Metal Shop USA uses a medium fine mix of Silica sand for a less aggressive texture on the finished product so that, when finished, they are ready for coating with any form of paints or powders without the need for excessive prep work before coating.
